About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Online team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across our portfolio of brands, including Bonds, Champion, Sheridan, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
