**Job Overview**

This experienced role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with site-based team members as part of a major employee engagement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality content on-site, and delivering effective communications strategies that promote the organization's workforce, culture, and employer brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver day-to-day employee and stakeholder communications with a strong editorial focus.
  • Craft compelling content on key employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide high-value guidance and coaching.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • ~5 years' experience in communications, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written skills across all channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
