About This Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people living independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Follow tasks outlined in Support Plans, including personal care, general household assistance, and daily activity support
  • Assist clients with transportation, such as appointments, shopping, and leisure activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged or Community Care, or equivalent qualification
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience in home care and current First Aid Certificate
  • Able to promote and model values of respect, empathy, and professionalism
