We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic team member to join our Mittagong Warehouse team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, help customers find the products they need, and support our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly and helpful service to all customers, answering questions, and offering advice on products and services.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Checkout and Sales: Serve customers efficiently at our checkout registers, handling sales, and operating our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Team Work: Collaborate with our supportive and inclusive team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
