About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Vision Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are blind or have low vision to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group OT training and intervention programs to clients of all ages.
  • Deliver and evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments.
  • Assess and train clients in the use of assistive devices and equipment to perform everyday activities.
  • Provide advice on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve occupational performance and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Nationally recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy or completion of degree with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Knowledge and skills in working with children, adults, and older adults.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional client services.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
