General Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision and direction for the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor guest feedback to enhance our reputation and build loyalty with valued customers.
  • Review and approve financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in invoices, payroll, and purchasing.
  • Provide ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of hospitality management experience.
  • Exposure to bar and restaurant environments.
  • Experience in financial management.
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
  • Essential Requirements: RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced.
  • Preferred Qualifications: First aid certificate, Approved Managers Certificate.
