We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients and financial advisors to deliver exceptional service and support.
As a Client Service Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with clients and financial advisors to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Utilizing advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls
- Providing expert advice on financial products and services
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
- 1+ years of experience in wealth management, superannuation or related fields
- Proven high level of accuracy and typing skills
- Demonstrable critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
