About the Role:

  • Greeting and Serving Tenants and Visitors: Welcome and serve guests with a smile, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Building Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local knowledge and information, serving as the go-to expert for our visitors.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand with excellence, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll Be Perfect For This Role If:

  • Critical Skills: A strong background in customer service or hospitality, demonstrated by excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to build meaningful relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
