We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will provide culturally safe and trauma-informed support to individuals and families experiencing mental distress.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, and care coordination that reflect the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework and our holistic approach to healing.
