The ideal candidate will be able to serve as the friendly first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and responding to enquiries promptly.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement within established guidelines. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality administrative support in a busy healthcare environment.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting surgical admissions and ensuring smooth, efficient patient care operations. Your contributions will directly enhance the patient experience and help maintain the high standards of our hospital.

Job Description

This is a part-time position working up to 20 hours per week. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional patient care. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the high standards of our hospital and enhancing the patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support including referrals, appointment bookings, records management, and payroll data entry.
  • Serving as the friendly first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and responding to enquiries promptly.
  • Managing patient data entry and maintaining accurate computerised patient management systems.
  • Facilitating office efficiency by improving administrative systems and procedures.
  • Collaborating across departments to achieve seamless operations.
Requirements
