Diploma Educator Position

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a beautiful early learning service located on 8 acres of farmland.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's physical, social, and emotional development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Completed Diploma in Child Services
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check
- Child Protection certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Experience in a similar environment of at least 12 months
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service on a rotating roster
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
