Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Sydney campuses team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to our children, while also delivering exceptional customer experiences and partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Develop and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of our children, while ensuring compliance with national regulations and the National Quality Framework.
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for all children in our care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room, including small groups.
- Document children's learning through the OAC Connect app and support the development of other team members.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
- A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
