Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team and provide exceptional care to residents.

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience, AHPRA Registered Nurse registration, and up-to-date knowledge of achieving accreditation standards.

This is a key role within the organisation that requires a hands-on leader who can motivate and develop their team members while ensuring every resident's clinical care needs are met and maintained.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical guidance to residents and care staff
  • Conducting comprehensive resident assessments and case conferencing in line with industry best practices
  • Accurately completing, reviewing, and updating relevant documentation
  • Motivating, training, and developing clinical team members
  • Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met
