
Rural Youth Mental Health Specialist

As a specialist within our Rural Youth Mental Health Program, you will deliver high-quality psychological services to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement tailored therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to develop effective case plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including support plans, assessments, and intervention summaries.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Psychology and registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families in therapeutic settings and completing psychology assessments.
- Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
