**Support Worker Opportunities in Bendigo**

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide care and assistance to clients with paraplegia in their daily lives. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients live independently, confidently, and with dignity.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Encourage independence and help clients achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Cert IV in Disability
  • Experience in disability or aged care (bonus if you have experience working with paraplegic clients)
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
  • NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Right to work in Australia
