**Position Title: Social Worker - Grade 2
Classification: SC21 - SC24
Salary per hour (exc. super): depending on experience
Hours per fortnight: 64 - 80 hours
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Role Description**

Seeking a social worker passionate about rehabilitation, who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team to work in our Neurological Rehabilitation Stream in Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
