Security Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Professional to join our team at Caboolture train station platforms on a Qld Rail contract.

As a Security Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, demonstrating presence and responding to security incidents, and protecting assets and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.

  • Demonstrate presence and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner, protecting people and property.

  • Protect assets and deliver high-quality customer experiences by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed/Crowd Control) and possess a Qld Driver's Licence.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and sound judgement, making informed decisions that benefit the organization.

  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Show ability to work under pressure and multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

  • Able to de-escalate conflict and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

  • Capable of working in varied environments, including stairs, platforms, and stabling yards.
