Job Title: Education Support Officer

Brisbane Catholic Education seeks a dedicated individual to support our team as an Education Support Officer.

This co-educational college caters for over 1,000 students in Caboolture, with easy access by rail and bus.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, administration, and parents to ensure effective communication within the school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Student Support: Assist with student inquiries, attendance tracking, and coordination of student-related activities.
  • Communication: Liaise with teaching staff, administration, and parents to ensure effective communication.
  • First Aid: Provide basic first aid to students when necessary and maintain supplies.
  • General Duties: Assist with various tasks as required, including supporting school events.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • Have a commitment to and understanding of Catholic Education ethos and traditions.
  • Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting a culture of student protection.
