About the Position

The primary objective of this role is to undertake turf and garden maintenance within designated open spaces across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and establish lawn areas and gardens
  • Collaborate with the team on minor landscape construction projects
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems for optimal water efficiency
  • Purchase necessary equipment and supplies
  • Care for machinery and tools

About You

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Proven experience in turf and garden maintenance
  • Strong communication skills to lead a team effectively
  • A valid C Class Driver's Licence
  • A QLD ACDC Licence or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of appointment
  • Q Fever immunisation
  • FIT Testing for respiratory protection equipment
  • A MR Class Licence is highly desirable
