About the Job

You will work on advancing tooling workflows that enable creators to bring their visions to life at scale, providing expert-level support for these technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain software systems with a focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, producers, and other engineers to understand their workflows, scope, implement, and test features.
  • Debug and resolve issues in live environments and development pipelines.
  • Write clear documentation and communicate technical details across disciplines.
  • Participates in the on-call rotation; resolves live incidents & proposes solutions in RCAs.
  • Provide mentorship to more junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in professional software development.
  • 3+ years of professional experience and proficiency with C++.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, concurrency, etc.).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of multiplayer systems, content pipelines, telemetry, or build systems.
  • Experience developing within any game engines.
  • Experience with perforce and/or github version control systems.
  • Experience in Agile processes and continuous delivery.
  • Experience in translating user feedback into technical solutions.
