POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Junior Senior Associate to become a vital part of our Construction Advisory and Disputes division. This role offers the chance to engage with significant construction, engineering, energy, and resource initiatives on both national and international stages. It is particularly suited for an enthusiastic construction lawyer eager to advance within our energy and infrastructure sector.


Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on ongoing projects and formal dispute resolution techniques, including arbitration, litigation, and mediation.
  • Exercise autonomy in leading cases, showcasing your technical expertise in construction law and strong business sense.
  • Collaborate with senior partners on business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal submissions.
  • Establish and nurture valuable client relationships, enhancing our market presence.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A legal qualification with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction law and dispute resolution processes.
