About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Loss Claims Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ISR, complex commercial property and large loss claim files from assessment to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage insured/brokers claim expectations and explain policy response and settlement in plain English.
• Assist fellow Claims Officers by distributing workload to ensure prompt and efficient claims handling.
• Provide Underwriters and Claims Manager with feedback on issues or risk deficiencies.
• Regularly update Brokers and Customers on claim progress as per Service Standards and Code of Practice.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Extensive claims experience in Commercial Property Claims.
• Experience in managing ISR claims.
• Strong technical knowledge of material damage and business interruption claims.
• Proven performer in customer service roles.
• Ideally completed or completing ANZIIF studies (or equivalent).
