Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our facility.

Your tasks will include ensuring all cleaning requirements are met each shift, interacting with residents in a friendly and positive manner, and performing routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, healthcare, or aged care environment; or the willingness and motivation to learn.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and schedules.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
