Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role with room to grow? AMA Collision Arundel is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our vibrant team on a 3-day week basis. This is a permanent, part-time position within the thriving AMA Group, offering not only stability but also ample opportunities for career advancement and personal development.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a crucial member of our Accounts Payable team, you'll:

- Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accuracy.
- Process and pay purchase invoices with precision.
- Address and resolve accounts payable queries and discrepancies.
- Investigate and rectify any creditor issues to ensure smooth operations.

**Is This You?**

We’re seeking someone with:

- Over 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The capability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
