Marketing Content Developer

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering content/messaging across all external communications channels supporting the business.
You will also be responsible for managing the preparation, production & distribution of internal/external communications including graphics, videos, ads/copy placement, photography, reports and major presentation support.
In addition, you will coordinate, prepare and maintain marketing materials for channel partners to support their growth initiatives. You will deliver basic graphic design support using existing templates, adhering to brand guidelines.
Furthermore, you will support the Offsite content calendar including all social media channels, websites, monthly newsletters, technical webinars, industry presentations and events. You will create demand in market for solutions with measurable campaigns to three major stakeholder groups; fabricators, builders and industry partners.
Additionally, you will support the product information and media asset management process, maintaining and enriching data and assisting with photoshoots. You will conduct reporting/analysis of marketing performance, spend, and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Fixed Term Contract to April 2026, working up to 22.8 hours per week, with flexible hour arrangement (ie 3 or 4day week) and hybrid working arrangement based either in Dandenong Victoria or Ingleburn New South Wales
- Excellent attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient with digital content production, including knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing
- Proven experience planning, developing, & distributing content fit for purpose/channel
- Experience using existing and emerging communications channels including social media applications, CMS and marketing automation tools to create an engaging user experience
- Good influencing and problem-solving skills, including the ability to 'think on your feet', and show initiative
- Highly organised with ability to handle multiple tasks, effectively prioritise, and follow through
