Job Opportunity

We are seeking to fill Hospitality positions in Albany, Western Australia. These are Full Time, ongoing roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through greeting and seating.
  • Taking accurate orders for food and beverages.
  • Providing information on menus and making recommendations.
  • Serving hot/cold beverages and food to tables.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Operating Point of Sale systems and processing payments.
  • Preparing bills and providing correct change.
  • Assisting with plating and simple food preparation.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Clearing and cleaning tables promptly.
  • Cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Maintaining a clean environment for service areas and counters.
  • Restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

Full Time positions offer 38 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 2, aligned with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $24.95 ordinary.

Shared accommodation is provided on-site. The accommodation may charge a weekly Rent amount of between $100-150.
