Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Worker to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of products, maintaining high quality standards and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the day-to-day production within the grading floor;
  • Maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards;
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Complete tasks within WHS guidelines;
  • Proactively participate in Quality Assurance, Bio-security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety and other compliance initiatives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated history of experience in FMCG environments;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure;
  • Effective communication skills and ability to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards;
  • Dependability, punctuality and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
