About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a Head of Early Childhood Education, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Mentor and guide fellow educators to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
  • Evaluate and improve existing programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of children and parents.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognized by ACECQA).
  • A current, valid working with children check.
  • First Aid certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
