We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees, a 90-place service located in Canberra's North. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for children, and designing and implementing developmentally appropriate programs that promote their holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Design and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
