This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading advisory firm providing strategic advice to shareholders and corporate clients worldwide.

We are currently seeking immediately available Mandarin Speakers for a full-time temporary position in Sydney CBD.

You will assist with various campaigns in a client service environment, representing a global firm. Our ideal candidate must be immediately available, willing to work 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm, and have an hourly rate of $38 + Super.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.

Multiple roles are available, which are likely to extend or convert based on volumes and organic growth.

Responsibilities will include contacting clients and advisors via phone regarding policy changes, providing updates in a confident and professional manner, liaising internally with advisors, keeping scripts updated, generating supporting documentation, and managing escalations effectively.

Requirements include previous client service experience within financial services, banking, or investments, as well as a confident phone manner and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
