About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dental team as a coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, coordinating schedules, and managing patient records with professionalism and efficiency.

They will also be expected to handle phone and front desk enquiries in a timely manner, process payments, and handle health fund claims.

In addition, they will provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

Competence in coordinating daily tasks and managing multiple priorities.

Experience with dental software and previous experience in a reception or coordination role would be highly regarded.
