We are dedicated to improving the mental well-being of individuals in our community. We seek a qualified counsellor with level 3 or above ACA registration to provide professional services on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counselling services to clients facing various mental health challenges.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, tailoring sessions to meet individual needs.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines set by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
  • Complete necessary case notes and documentation in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals as required to provide holistic support for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) at level 3 or above.
  • Proven experience as a counsellor or therapist, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and approaches.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and reliable, able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of NDIS is desirable but not essential.
