Are you eager to embark on a rewarding career in the auto glass industry? O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice.

About the Role

As a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the installation and repair of windshields and other glass components on various types of vehicles. You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn the latest techniques and technologies in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation and repair of windshields and other glass components
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
  • Develop skills in glass chip repairs and windscreen recalibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
