Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistDescription:

We are seeking an expert in cloud and infrastructure environments to design, review technical solutions, support operational teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative ICT outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals for complex ICT solutions in managed environments.
  • Provide technical advice and maintain architectural integrity across ICT environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead solution design for operational requirements and major project change requests, driving efficient delivery and minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inputs, ensure end-to-end solution delivery, and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution, leveraging strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Assess technical risks and contribute to solution costing and feasibility, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for Government Security Clearance.
  • Strong technical knowledge across cloud, data networks, security, and infrastructure, with a focus on designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance ICT solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible, well-organized, and able to perform under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
