About the Role
  • Provide high-quality customer service and problem-solving
  • Assist with the organisation and follow-up of repairs and quotations
  • Prepare and distribute notices, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assist with prompt follow-up and resolution of enquiries, customer issues and action items following meetings
  • Prepare and maintain electronic filing and archiving of important records
