  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to own the operation of the bar.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the bar's performance and guest experience.

  • Proven experience in luxury bar operations and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
