About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the delivery of accessible housing developments.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of inclusive housing while leading a talented team and collaborating with stakeholders across government, community, and industry.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for inclusive housing projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure all projects integrate Livable Housing Design Guidelines, Universal Design principles, and sustainability standards into every phase.
  • Oversee all construction operations, budgets, and profit-loss responsibilities across multiple sites.
  • Maintain compliance with Australian Building Standards, Work Health and Safety regulations, and accessibility legislation.
  • Explore innovative technologies, including modular construction, prefabrication, and digital project management tools (e.g. BIM).

  • Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of inclusive design principles and sustainable building practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
