About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our construction contracts management team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for large residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Ensure that contracts accurately reflect project scope, timelines, deliverables, and financial terms.
  • Contractor and Subcontractor Management: Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tendering and Procurement: Tender, prepare, and monitor letting schedules, drawing packages, and scopes.
  • Payment Scheduling and Invoicing: Assess payment schedules and check over monthly invoice reports.
  • Document Control and Compliance: Ensure the management of document control procedures in accordance with project procedures.
  • Trade Tender Review Meetings: Organize subcontract trade tender review meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experienced Contract Administrator with multi-residential high-rise projects, including basements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and industry standards. Construction White Card. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Procore and Hammertech is beneficial but not necessary.
