Product Lead Home Decor

This role is responsible for driving business results through the development and implementation of a comprehensive product strategy.

The Product Lead will be accountable for creating a compelling range of products that meet customer needs, maximising sales, profit and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with suppliers to deliver innovative and effective products that meet customer expectations.
  • Optimise product portfolios to increase sales, profit and customer advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial retail or product development.
  • Successful trading of a sizeable product portfolio in terms of dollars and options.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.
