The Opportunity

As an experienced leader of technology product teams, you will ensure there is a clearly defined technology product strategy and roadmap for the Sub-Domain you represent, which will enable Business Units across the group to achieve their objectives and create the value propositions that underpin their strategy.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful product strategies, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for defining and executing our technology product vision, aligned with our overall business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear technology product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Unit leaders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technology product teams, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology product development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
