Emergency Response Training Professional

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Training Professional to join our team. This is a key role in our Fire and Rescue operations, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering emergency response training programs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing departmental-specific curriculum guidelines consistent with national legislation, best practices, and program implementation. They will also support the development of assessment tools to ensure appropriate systems, governance, and processes are in place to manage ongoing skills and competency maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Background in firefighting and first aid capability to assist with knowledge regarding within the training and assessment requirements.
- Evidence matrix of skills and competencies to support fire fighting background.
- Familiar with emergency services and operational excellence practices.
- Experience in training and people management.
- Experience in high-risk and diverse emergency response organizations is highly desirable.
