Job Description

At Tomra, we're committed to transforming waste into valuable resources. As a Recycling Centre Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team, providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support to ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes.
  • Ensure all depot WHS governance, practices, and improvements are in place, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot RVM issues with the technician and maintain a professional and clean work environment.
  • Comply with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in waste management and operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to motivate and support employees through ongoing professional development.
  • Forklift license preferred, with a strong drive for personal achievement and success.
  • Customer-focused and experienced with handling customer complaints, with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
