Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations by working effectively with colleagues.
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Ensure WHS compliance and display a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards.
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination.
- Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required.
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking.
- Willingness to learn under guidance from experienced chefs.
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding.
