The Job

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting quality, sustainability, and operational excellence within Adbri Limited.

This role involves working across multiple platforms and datasets to manage and visualise data from various business systems, including LIMS, LDMS, TIMS, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and visualise product, quality, and sustainability data for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Conduct technical data analysis to identify opportunities for product performance and cost optimisation.
  • Oversee LIMS, TIMS, and EPD systems to ensure accurate data management and system integrity.
  • Development and implementation of sustainability product disclosures to meet business compliance and customer requirements.
  • Identify and resolve data integration issues between SAP, LDMS, LIMS, TIMS and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies and reporting capabilities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, or engineering roles.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel (including Macros and Power Query), and SAP.
  • Knowledge of LIMS, LDMS, TIMS, or similar systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, including EPDs and carbon emissions reporting.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
