Job Summary:

We are seeking an Engagement Manager to drive transformation and lead stakeholders across a leading university. You will be responsible for building bridges, engaging key stakeholders, raising awareness, and fostering strong partnerships that embed data governance and literacy into the very fabric of the organisation.

About This Role:

This role is all about creating and delivering strategic plans that cut through the noise and measure what truly matters to make an impact. You will work with senior leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve an organisational-wide strategy framework aligned with strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver strategic plans that cut through the noise and measure what truly matters to make an impact.
  • Tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse stakeholders - from researchers and faculties to executives and admin teams.
  • Lead compelling storytelling and strategic messaging that positions your centre as the go-to place for data expertise.
  • Drive content creation across multiple channels - infographics, newsletters, workshops, town halls, and more, that get the organisation talking about data.
  • Champion data literacy and the power of data-informed decision-making, delivering awareness and training sessions that empower the wider community.
  • Map stakeholders comprehensively, coordinate communications, and foster a strong, aligned data community across faculties, divisions, and external partners.
