We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and coordinating repairs and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure prompt and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Registration or License, car, and drivers license.
  • Background in Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a top-performing team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
