Accounting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and focused professional to join our team in Shepparton as an Assistant Account Executive. This role will involve processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to enquiries/requests from brokers, following up clients by phone and email, and prioritising tasks with ease.
- New Business Processing: Process new business applications, including submitting quotes, issuing policies and capturing client data.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Key Requirements:
- High Organisation Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: A strong problem-solving approach to resolve complex issues and achieve results.
