**Early Childhood Educator Role**

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff members.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the education program in your room and across the centre.
  • Sustain a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
