Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral part of our educational services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged [insert age range]. You will work collaboratively with other educators to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of young minds.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive learning environment;
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and report to parents/guardians as required;
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff;
  • A good level of physical fitness to engage in activities with children;
  • Knowledge of EEO practices, WH&S policies, and environmental sustainability principles and procedures;
  • Maintain a valid paid Working with Children Check through the Office of the Children's Guardian;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable);
