Control Systems Engineer
\Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of control systems for new projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer requirements and develop control system specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that control systems meet project timelines and budgets.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale implementations to large-scale system upgrades.
Responsibilities- Analyze customer requirements and develop control system specifications.
- Deliver fully tested and documented control systems that meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues within control systems, document findings and analysis results comprehensively.
- Provide breakdown support, process investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems.
- Escalate technical issues to mechanical, electrical, and software resources as needed.
- Develop and implement bug fixes, design and execute improvements and enhancements to optimize system performance. Maintain up-to-date records of all modifications and updates to control systems.
- Provide technical support to the sales department for proposals and tenders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers, providing second-level technical support.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- May have the opportunity to work on projects away from home and potentially overseas.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality control systems on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
